Bette Hagman’s Featherlight Flour
This is my all-time favorite gluten-free flour blend! It works for almost every recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup tapioca starch
1 Tbsp potato flour (not potato starch flour)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Notes
- I like to mix 6 or 7 batches at a time. That’s the perfect amount that fits in my airtight container.
