So who knew you could cook spaghetti squash so quickly?  Yep!  It’s a breeze in the pressure cooker!  

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti Squash

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Cut off the ends of the spaghetti squash.  Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place it in your pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water.  Cook it on high pressure for 8 minutes, and use the Quick Release Method.
  • Scoop the squash out, and discard the outer skin.
