Ingredients
Avocado oil or Olive oil
Vegetables (carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, onions, cauliflower, broccoli)
Salt
Garlic Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Wash and dry vegetables.
- Chop vegetables into about 1 inch pieces.
- Coat vegetables with 1 – 2 tablespoons of avocado oil or olive oil.
- Season with salt and garlic pepper.
- Roast vegetables for about 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning vegetables over halfway through cooking time.

- I love to use Real Ancient Fine Sea Salt and Real Garlic Pepper.
