Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
3/4 cup GF oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 teaspoon GF Worcestershire sauce
- Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup GF barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon GF Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and cook until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Combine all the meatball ingredients: ground beef, oats, eggs, onion, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well with gloved hands.
- Form into about 12 balls, each about 2 inches in diameter. Place in casserole dish. Cover with sauce.
- Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
