Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

minutesThese potatoes are a crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with lots of flavor! They are quick to prepare, and dress up any meal! Use as many potatoes as you need for the amount of people you’re serving.
Ingredients
Red potatoes
Olive oil
Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Wash and quarter red potatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle on enough olive oil to lightly coat the potatoes. Season with Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and a little salt. Mix all together, and pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Stir potatoes every so often, so potatoes crisp up a little on every side.
